Sprint is looking for exceptional sales professionals to join our Business Markets Group Sales organization with responsibility for strategically identifying, prospecting and growing business accounts. Through solutions-based selling and account management, you will analyze customer needs, identify and customize wireless/wireline/voice/data products and services to win accounts.

Account Executive


As a Sprint Account Executive you will be responsible for strategically identifying, prospecting and growing small to mid-market business accounts and/or State and Local Public Sector accounts. The primary role of this position is to build a revenue generating sales pipeline, which will mainly consist of prospective accounts. You will work within a team environment and partner with the account management team to maintain and grow accounts. You must have the ability to effectively build and manage a sales funnel. In addition, you will work side by side with prospective customers as a professional consultant to analyze wireless business needs and make recommendations on solutions that will benefit the customer.

Regional Account Manager


As a Sprint Regional Account Manager you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting and maintaining relationships with Sprint's nationally based Enterprise Accounts. Through solutions based selling, you will analyze customer needs, identify and customize wireless/voice/data products and services to win accounts. This transactional based sales position which requires retaining and growing accounts through exceptional customer care, upselling, and follow-up with National Account Managers. In addition, you will work side by side with prospective customers as a professional consultant to analyze telecom business needs and make recommendations on wireless solutions that will benefit the customer.

The Retail Consultant is an integral part of the Retail Team, who not only receives personal rewards for a job well done, but shares in the entire team's success. The Retail Consultant exceeds sales and service objectives by providing world-class service to customers in our retail stores, including solutions selling to meet the customer's specific wireless needs. The Retail Consultant will sell products and services as well as actively solicit new customers through inside sales and store marketing events. Full-time and part-time positions are available.

Steps in the hiring process for sales positions:


  • Register on our career site and submit a profile and resume.
  • Conduct a job search and apply. You can also set up notifications that will send you an e-mail alert when a job is posted that matches your expectations and experience.
  • Complete a Pre-Screen Questionnaire and Sales Assessment. These are specific to the posted position. Allow 30-40 minutes to complete the assessment.
  • Complete Sprint's e-application. If you meet the requirements and qualifications for the position, an invitation for completing an online application will be e-mailed to you. Please complete all work history within the last five years. Expect 30-40 minutes to complete the application.
  • If you meet the requirements and qualifications for the position, your resume and application will be reviewed by the Hiring Manager for interview consideration.
  • Interview. Positions require two levels of interviews prior to final selection.
  • Pre-employment background investigation/drug screen. Selected candidates will need to successfully complete Sprint's Pre-Employment Background Investigation and Drug Screening. A Motor Vehicle Report is required for positions that require driving.
  • Final selection is made and an offer is extended.
