Job Summary

As the Smart Home Manager, you are the face of Sprint's strategic partnership with Vivint.SmartHome to the customer. You make honest connections with your customers and your co-workers. You will partner with your team in achieving targeted sales initiatives and cultivating a unique retail experience inside a Sprint location that is inviting and exciting for employees and customers. In addition, you will set the vision of Vivint Smart Home with your co-workers and develop great working relationships with our partners at Vivint. Best of all, you get to interact with hundreds of people a week and help your store achieve sales targets all while having fun!

As a full-time Sprint partner, you can earn more than $45,000 total compensation with significant commission upside for top performers. A Smart Home Manager:
• Partners with store leadership to deliver an outstanding store experience that improves customer loyalty and strengthens the Sprint and Vivint partnership
•Provides a total sales solution to our customers for any of their home automation needs. This includes selling the value of Vivint Smart Home, and peripheral equipment.
• Collaborates with the retail team to achieve and exceed key performance objectives, including sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Acts as a subject matter expert to provide ongoing training and awareness of Vivint’s products, services and promotions to our sales consultants to maximize Vivint-customer connections; empower them to manage their homes from their phones; personalize their experience; and protect their investments.
• Successfully coordinates and communicates the service and installation process for all Vivint accounts sold in your store.
• Delivers superior customer service
• Adapts to various challenges and changes while remaining calm and steady
• Receives training in their curriculum path to further their skills and career opportunities
• Complies with all operational policies and procedures, including the Sprint Code of ConductAside from reasonable accommodations or military obligations, employees must be available to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, weekends and holidays.
Basic Qualifications
• High School diploma or equivalent
• One year of Retail Sales or related experience
Preferred Qualifications
• Strong ability to achieve excellence in a sales environment
• Outstanding verbal communication skills; in-person and via telephone
• Excellent written communication abilities
• Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to lead an effective team to achieve sales targets
