Job Summary

Manages the development and implementation process of services involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing projects. Works on problems of diverse/broad scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Determines methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Interacts with senior internal and external personnel. Monitors the project from initiation through delivery. Assembles project team, assigns individual responsibilities, identifies appropriate resources needed, and plans and develops schedules to ensure timely completion of project. Understands the system's scope and project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member in order to effectively coordinate the activities of the team. Communicates with lead project manager and/or functional area manager regarding status of specific projects. Monitors budget/spending. May provide guidance and coaching to lower level employees in organizational methods.
Business ownership of end-to-end Accessories/Tablet/VAS sales and cross-sell initiatives on digital channels focusing on 3 main tracks: strategy, daily operations and business improvements
  • Strategy: Drive the strategy for accessories/tablet/VAS (incl. product protection) sales aligning with Digital and Marketing Team’s acquisition and lifetime value priorities
  • Operations: Governed by FY/Quarter/Monthly targets, lead business operations acting as a liaison across
    • Acquisition & Base Marketing throughout offer/treatment development phase
    • Digital Acquisition and Base teams throughout cross-sell ideation, determining on-site treatments in Handset and Plan sales and post-sales flows
    • Digital Product, User Experience & Design, Personalization and IT teams throughout offer implementation/execution on digital channels
    • CRM/Business Intelligence/Analytics teams to monitor offer, channel, segment performance and deliver insight derived to business improvement track
  • Business Improvement:
    • Responsible for assessment and analysis of behavior patterns using site metric tools to optimize sales and cross-sell targeting, user experience and ultimately the business results throughout sales customer journey on digital channels
    • Ideation and prioritization a/b tests to increase sales/cross-sell; evaluation of test outcomes to further refine future tests or make permanent changes to relevant sales flow (treatments, landing pages, carts, etc.)
    • Analysis of market competitive intelligence and technology landscape to identify and implement programs to improve business results and cross-sell growth
    • Leads business requirements interfacing with Product Management and Development Teams. Project management from initiation to delivery partnering cross functionally and leading coordination throughout implementation and operationalization.

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree and eight years related work experience or twelve years related work experience post high school
• Five years project management or related process management experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Acquisition and Cross-sell (particularly accessories/protection) on digital channels - Experience at wireless, cable operators or a leading online retailer/e-commerce platform preferred
  • Ability to shift between strategy and execution modes to see an initiative all the way through to successful completion in a cross functional environment
  • End to end execution experience involving collaboration with Marketing, Channel Management, IT, User Experience & Design and Product Management
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment and taking the initiative to find creative solutions
  • CRM, Segmentation, Campaign Management on Digital Channels
  • Working experience with Digital Agencies (e.g. Paid Search, Paid Display, Social, Affiliate Marketing)
  • Digital Channel Technology vendor management
  • Project/Program Management of Marketing and Sales operations on Digital Channels
  • CAPM or similar Project Management certification
