Job Summary

Leads cross-functional teams from design to delivery of fully developed products that are ready for customer use. Develops strategy and roadmap for future products. Designs, develops and manages activities from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life. Evaluates technical options and represents business requirements to the technology organization through requirement documents and detailed specifications. Provides timely and accurate information and status updates to functional leaders. Acts as primary point of contact to lead development and quality assurance resources to successfully release new products on time and within budget.
As a Digital Product Manager, your responsibilities will include helping set the product definition with various stakeholders, while working with external vendors and internal developers through the various stages of ideation, development, testing, release and deployment. In this role, you will manage all facets of the product development life cycle, with a focus on eCommerce and self-service functions. Need to be forward-thinking, innovative, and collaborative, with experience in both web and app.
  • Provide detailed product definition for key features and user stories
  • Prioritize product opportunities using criteria and requirements defined during research
  • Establish requirements and specifications for existing and new products with business partners
  • Lead and participate in planning meetings and provide advice and guidance on direction of products
  • Maintain backlogs for development and ensure high priority development requests are assigned to appropriate iterations
  • Create and maintain project schedules and task lists and ensure effective delivery of projects in accordance with roadmap
  • Demonstrate functionality of completed products to internal team members and other stakeholders
  • Liaison with key stakeholders on a periodic basis to formulate backlog and understand how to continuously improve product scalability and performance
  • Develop metrics to assess the success of products and features and determine necessary enhancements
  • Participate in optimization and personalization opportunities on the web and app experiences

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and four years related work experience or eight years related work experience post high school
  • Three years project management and implementation experience

Preferred Qualifications
  • Three years product management experience
  • Three years with telecom products and services
