Selection Process –
Do you have what it takes?
Sprint's selection process for our sales positions will test how long you can hold your breath under water. Wait, no, that’s another department.
You’ll be asked to submit your resume, and, for retail positions, you’ll be invited to complete an online assessment to evaluate whether the job would be a good fit. The assessment tests your:
Customer focus – finding solutions to problems and delivering amazing experiences
Sales abilities – closing the deal and making sure customers know how awesome Sprint is
Learning potential – understanding the training and putting it to work
Responsibility – listening to others, following instructions and making the right decisions
All of our positions require completion of a background investigation and a drug screen.
