Selection Process –
Do you have what it takes?
Sprint's selection process for our call center positions will test your mind, battle prowess and whether or not we think we could beat you in ping pong. But really, our selection process includes assessment testing. Throughout the assessment simulation process, you will test drive work you would be asked to perform and self-evaluate whether this would be a good fit for you. The assessment includes:
Computer navigation and abilities - quickly and efficiently navigating multiple screens
Accuracy - data entry
Multitasking - simultaneous listening and typing
Customer Service Orientation - listening, following established procedures and showing decision-making skills
Successful completion of the assessment may qualify you to continue in the hiring process, which may include completing an online application, interviewing with site management and recruiters, and a pre-employment screening which includes a background investigation and a drug screen.
