Here’s what to expect when you pursue a job with Sprint: Talented people ─ not robots ─ manage our hiring process. Be patient, it might take a few weeks before you hear from our team. We want your experience with Sprint to be awesome, starting with the application process.


Submit your interest
When we have new opportunities, we post jobs on our website. We’ll ask for things such as your basic information, education and experience. The submission should take about 10 minutes. Some positions may require an online assessment before moving on to the next step in the process.



Interview with us
If you’re selected to move forward, a member of the hiring team will contact you for a phone or in-person interview. For certain positions, a second or third interview may be required. It gives both you and us a chance to make sure it’s a good fit for everyone. If we ask you to come back, that’s a good sign.



We’ll move you forward
All positions require a pre-employment screening including background check and drug screen. The process usually takes 3-5 days. We'll put together a competitive offer that includes our great benefits package. If you decide it’s not the right fit, we’ll be bummed, but hope you’ll keep us in mind for other opportunities.
