Let’s Move Forward. Together. Search jobs

On the job. On the go.

While most of our employees are on the front lines in our retail and call centers, there is a force of corporate employees who keep the company charging ahead.

From marketing our products and services to hiring employees to working with the media, NASCAR or the New York Stock Exchange, to being awarded yet another patent for a technology breakthrough, Sprint corporate employees are diverse, driven and passionate.

The team's goals are to maximize growth, improve loyalty and reduce costs.

The Corporate Strategy team oversees the strategic architecture for Sprint and manages the high-level blueprint for the changes we're making to capture opportunities and defend against threats to become the clear leader in the future industry landscape. Sprint's strategic framework captures our corporate mission, our strategic vision and the strategic imperatives required to create the future we envision for the industry, and our role as a leader within it.

The Legal organization provides high-quality, timely and cost-effective legal services to Sprint's business groups. The Corporate Communications team is responsible for articulating Sprint's direction and commitment to employees, customers and the communities in which we live and work by delivering the right message, to the right audience, at the right time. By delivering tools and information to employees, opening doors in the marketplace and delivering a message to the public whether it is on the news, in social media or in an executive speech to thousands, the Corporate Communications team plays a critical role in the overall success of the company. Sprint is taking a multi-brand approach to the expanding market for prepaid wireless products and services. Sprint's powerhouse prepaid portfolio includes four brands, each designed to appeal to specific customer segments in the wireless space with a distinct offer that meets those segments needs.

These prepaid brands combine the power of the iconic Virgin Mobile USA brand, including the Broadband2Go prepaid data card, with the popular Boost Mobile unlimited offers. The prepaid portfolio also includes Assurance Wireless, a special program that delivers free cell phone service to eligible low-income customers (currently available in certain states).

In addition to offering a wide range of no-contract products and services, the brands support a variety of sponsorships and cause-related marketing like RE*Generation, Virgin Mobiles pro-social initiative to address the issue of youth homelessness and empower a generation to help its own. Sponsorships include Virgin Mobile FreeFest, Boost Mobile FMX Tour and so much more. In 2010, Virgin Mobile was the recipient of the National Alliance to End Homelessness Award and Boost Mobile received such honors as a PRSA Silver Anvil Award of Excellence and multiple Stevie Awards from the American Business Awards.

The prepaid marketplace requires an ability to quickly change strategies and priorities and loads of energy. The variety of brands, some of them in their early stages, will challenge your creativity, ability to multi-task and project management skills.

As we venture into more unchartered waters, we need smart people who ask the right questions and connect the dots. To be successful in our environment, you also need to love data and be able to make sense of it. Come experience a start-up-like environment with big-company benefits.

Before your interview, learn as much as you can about the prepaid brands and our competition. Be ready to expect the unexpected in the interview process. Be honest with yourself - if the role or the environment throws you off, you may not be ready for the demands of our team. And don't bother with a suit; this is a business casual environment, even when it comes to interviews.

Hesitating because you don't have telecom or wireless background? You'll be glad to hear that we do not necessarily look for telecom or wireless experience. We are different, and we want to see the diversity you bring. An experience in retail, marketing, e-commerce, sales or a similar industry will be equally good. Of course you need to convince us how quickly you will bridge the gap.
