Sprint is taking a multi-brand approach to the expanding market for prepaid wireless products and services. Sprint's powerhouse prepaid portfolio includes four brands, each designed to appeal to specific customer segments in the wireless space with a distinct offer that meets those segments needs.
These prepaid brands combine the power of the iconic Virgin Mobile USA brand, including the Broadband2Go prepaid data card, with the popular Boost Mobile unlimited offers. The prepaid portfolio also includes Assurance Wireless, a special program that delivers free cell phone service to eligible low-income customers (currently available in certain states) and Common Cents Mobile.
In addition to offering a wide range of no-contract products and services, the brands support a variety of sponsorships and cause-related marketing like RE*Generation, Virgin Mobiles pro-social initiative to address the issue of youth homelessness and empower a generation to help its own. Sponsorships include Virgin Mobile FreeFest, Boost Mobile FMX Tour and so much more. In 2010, Virgin Mobile was the recipient of the National Alliance to End Homelessness Award and Boost Mobile received such honors as a PRSA Silver Anvil Award of Excellence and multiple Stevie Awards from the American Business Awards.
The Prepaid marketplace requires an ability to quickly change strategies and priorities and loads of energy. The variety of brands, some of them in their early stages, will challenge your creativity, ability to multi-task and project management skills.

Be honest with yourself - if the role or the environment throws you off, you may not be ready for the demands of our team. And don't bother with a suit; this is a business casual environment, even when it comes to interviews.
Hesitating because you don't have telecom or wireless background? You'll be glad to hear that we do not necessarily look for telecom or wireless experience. We are different, and we want to see the diversity you bring. An experience in retail, marketing, e-commerce, sales or a similar industry will be equally good. Of course you need to convince us how quickly you will bridge the gap.
