Customer Management (Agent)

You will be the face of Sprint to research, resolve and assist with customer billing problems, account activation, phone and plan selections, and troubleshoot technical issues. If you thrive on making customers happy, providing them with information about their account, new phones and plans before they even ask, and want to work with the latest mobile device technology in a fun team environment, then Sprint is the place for you.

Technical Support

Technical Support plays a vital role in customer satisfaction by working with advanced technologies in voice, data and media entertainment. You will become the expert to provide support to customers through continual training on the latest Sprint products and services.

Credit and Collections

Put your excellent negotiating, listening and sales skills to work for a rewarding career at Sprint. This team works with customers to answer questions regarding credit applications, correct credit ratings, provide credit decisions on new accounts, monitor and communicate credit concerns, handle payments and improve customer service.

Selection Process
Sprint's selection process for our customer-facing call center positions includes assessment testing. Throughout the assessment simulation process, you will test drive the work you would be asked to perform and self-evaluate whether this would be a good fit for you. The assessment includes:
  • Computer navigation and abilities - quickly and efficiently navigating multiple screens
  • Accuracy - data entry
  • Multi-tasking - simultaneous listening and typing
  • Customer Service Orientation - listening, following established procedures and showing decision-making skills
Assessment testing helps Sprint identify those candidates who exhibit the traits and skills needed to be successful in this environment.
Successful completion of the assessment may qualify you to continue in the hiring process, which may include completing an online application, interviewing with site management and recruiters, and a pre-employment screening which includes a background investigation and a drug screen.
