Job Summary

Manages the development and implementation process of services involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing projects. Works on problems of diverse/broad scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Determines methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Interacts with senior internal and external personnel. Monitors the project from initiation through delivery. Assembles project team, assigns individual responsibilities, identifies appropriate resources needed, and plans and develops schedules to ensure timely completion of project. Understands the system's scope and project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member in order to effectively coordinate the activities of the team. Communicates with lead project manager and/or functional area manager regarding status of specific projects. Monitors budget/spending. May provide guidance and coaching to lower level employees in organizational methods. The successful candidate will support compliance activity governed by the Federal Government, which limits access privileges to United States citizens (without dual citizenship). Candidate must meet United States government security requirements in accordance with government contract.
This position will function as part of the Omni Channel Command Center in supporting day to day issue management, large system/process deployments across supported organizations, as well as Global/Mid- releases. Key activities include identification and prioritization of key issues that impact front-line applications and support processes (Care and Sales applications). In addition, the position will also be responsible for researching, prioritizing and managing P3 high priority issues that impact Omni Channel applications. A successful candidate in this position will drive issues to resolution, partnering with IT, Process teams, Retail Stores, Area Ops, GMC and Contact Centers. The position will also be a synchronization point in supporting digital/IVR production issues and changes. Key skills needed in this position include technical/analytical expertise, the ability to quickly identify issues, and the ability to explain and communicate both customer and agent impacts as well as the identified resolution path. This position will also be involved in managing the impacts of projects that affect Omni Channel applications – requiring basic project management skills as well as strong communication skills.Preferred candidate will have strong system/process knowledge for Sales and Care desktop applications, strong analytical skills and excellent facilitation skills. Experience with implementing projects and deployment of applications to Retail/Sales and Call Centers is critical.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and four years related work experience or eight years related work experience post high school
  • U.S. Citizenship (without dual citizenship)
  • Current or ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance (required)
  • Three years project management or related process management experience

Preferred Qualifications
  • Operational experience in either Sales environment and/or Customer Management.
  • Ability to manage activities across organizations
  • Familiarity with Service Manager (ticketing system) and other support tools
  • Project Management skills and/or certification
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment with a sense of urgency.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional efforts and teams
