Job Summary

Leads field-facing sales teams and provides overall directional guidance to aligned territorial Prepaid Sales Teams. Responsible for overall performance of assigned markets and regions to include competitive strategies for Prepaid field sales organization and dealers. Serves as the executive link between Boost brand, VP, Field Sales and Operations, dealers and field sales teams. Directs programs, distribution optimization and build planning, plans and resource allocation to engage and influence regional strategic partners, 3rd party distributors and dealer teams. Serves as a subject matter expert for Boost Mobile Prepaid distribution thru understanding business needs and designs programs to meet market needs. Provides market insights, customer/dealer feedback, competitive intelligence and information from any and all competitive sources to Prepaid Corporate Team to shape Go –to- Market approaches and address customer needs. Delivers and advises on campaigns and market strategies for prepaid dealers plus coordinates strategic plans and objectives.

Responsible for 3rd party distribution vendors, major dealer and local dealership owner relationships within the Region. Works directly with Prepaid Marketing, Prepaid Sales and Operations, Region Director, Indirect and Prepaid Sales Managers to provide unified campaigns, special offers and execution support to the field.

Owns the overall sale channel performance, local involvement and all things Sprint in the marketplace through customer contact and community involvement. Explores new business opportunities and associated new revenue streams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Develops and executes market distribution plans, with a thorough understanding of competition, including products, promotions, business sales and marketing strategies via media outlets, community involvement and marketing events. Defines, implements and maintains appropriate operating standards and other principles across the business to maximize synergy, sharing of best practice and commercial benefit.
• Monitors and tracks performance of regional directors and network of field sales managers and field reps supporting major market segments of Boost footprint
• Provide performance insights and track key brand sales metrics.
• Major functional areas include – management of field sales force, dealer relationships, dealer performance, local competitive intelligence gathering, influence of regional strategies
• Analyze activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to determine department or division progress toward stated goals.
• Ensure objectives and priorities are aligned with the business's vision, objectives and priorities, leveraging key performance indicators, business metrics and external benchmarking data to enable robust business decisions and ROI.
• Maintain contractor relationships, ensuring that all policies and approved methods are followed and used uniformly.
• Ensure results are delivered and internal and external customer expectations are exceeded, proactively anticipating needs.
• Build sustainable working relationships with internal and external clients; manage expectations with integrity, openness and professionalism.

Selected candidate must work near a major airport within Sprint's West Regional Markets.

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree and ten years related work experience or fourteen years related work experience post high school
• Seven years progressive management experience leading and motivating large teams
• Three years executive-level sales/retail experience and/or sales operations experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA in Commerce, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Ten years progressive experience in sales enablement and/or operations functions
  • Seven years experience in a wireless/wireline telecommunication role
  • Experience with leading a geographically dispersed sales channel preferably with Prepaid product and services.
