Job Summary

Assists supervisor with the management of daily activities of a group of representatives or similar positions that handle customer service inquiries and problems via the telephone or e-mail. Provides direction and guidance to less experienced team members. Recognizes and recommends areas needing improvement. May assist in scheduling and coordinating team activities. Handles escalated and unresolved calls from less experienced representatives. May provide input into hiring decisions and performance appraisals.
Absent a reasonable accommodation or military obligation, employees must be available to work a flexible schedule (including days, nights, weekends and holidays).

Our current hours of operation are as follows: Mon-Sat 6am-5pm
Basic Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications
  • Internal candidates within business support services
    6+ months hybrid team experience is preferred
    1 year experience supporting 2 or more lines of business within BSS Las Vegas
    Must have a minimum 75 camp points at the time of job application
    No corrective action within the past 12 months
