Job Summary

Drive Site Performance Through Partnership, Performance Sustainability, Customer Outcomes & Cost Optimization.Ensure SPS Operating Rhythm in place.Monitor Key Performance Indicators in aggregate and outliers.Create Customer Promoters: decrease churn and increase purchases and referrals. Ensure resolution of Outer Loop Issues.ID root cause of issues.Collaborate to address and solve all issues raised within Sprint. Closes the loop between Sprint and the Vendor Site. Collaborate with peers to continuously improve channel performance. ID and implement Best Practices. Drives consistency across the organization. Collaborate to continuously improve operations.

The Performance Enablement Manager will be responsible for the oversight and performance of a near-shore vendor call center site that supports Sprint Spanish speaking Business customers and end-users.

  • A Current U.S. Passport

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and four years related work experience or eight years related work experience post high school
  • Five years of related telecommunications or customer management experience
  • Three years supervisory or management experience

Preferred Qualifications
  • Fluent in Spanish
