Job Summary

Design, modify, and manage activities for a specific product or group of products from product definition and planning through production and release. Serve as the central resource with design, process, manufacturing, test, quality, and marketing as the product moves to completion and distribution. Participate throughout all stages of a product's lifecycle, from product release through maintenance of the product and end of life decisions. Promote investigation and application of new technologies and industry trends to product management activities. Manage multiple simultaneous tasks as they relate to product and device development, certification, and release to market. Coordinate go-to-market activities with Marketing, Care, and other internal stakeholders. Serve as a central point of contact interfacing with OEM's to communicate strategic or functional direction related to device development, certification, and retail launch activities. Manage technical certification of a device and understanding and helping to resolve any and all technical issues with the OEM. Lead High Power User Equipment Core team that includes special class user equipment for the LTE cellular network. Attend all meetings, document statuses, and requests for socialization to impacted stakeholders. Manage Small Cell Device development by implementing requirements for Small Cells into portable market devices.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field and two (2) years’ experience in the offered role or as a Network Engineer or related role. Employer will accept a High School Diploma and six (6) years’ experience in the job offered or as a Network Engineer or a related role. Experience must include: device software and hardware development procedures; CDMA, Wi-Fi and LTE technologies; upgrading software on devices; and development and troubleshooting tools, including QXDM and ADB.
