Job Summary

Responsible for retaining and growing a base of small to mid volume market businesses in a primarily wireline, base management role. Tasked with growing the business base of accounts using the appropriate retention activities and programs. Sells, services and grows large base of approximately 100 accounts and $500,000 a month in wireline services based on geographic/vertical characteristics and management discretion to meet defined objectives. Executes against Solution and Vertical strategy as assigned by the management team. Uses the Account planning process to develop strategies to identify and close opportunities where appropriate. Partners with other channel account managers and executives (e.g. Enterprise, PS & Retail) where appropriate to develop account strategy and close business.

Basic Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year selling in a business to business environment.
• One year sales business management experience.
