Job Summary

Provides Emerging Solutions technical expertise and support in the pre-and/or post-sales process to facilitate product/service implementation and to identify and satisfy customer needs.
Cloud Solutions Engineer

Prefer Chicago, but may be located in the following markets: IL, WI, OH, MI, PA.

Supports the sale with technical expertise. Contacts the customer's internal technical resources to gather and translate information required; defines product/service specifications to be included in the sales proposal. Participates on sales calls. Performs complex integration analysis with legacy systems, databases and software platform. Communicates and understands customer networks and delivers recommendations. Participates in the system design process. Strategizes with account teams. Conducts system analysis and design. Liaison to solution consulting and sales teams on network challenges and technology enhancements. Provide in-depth technical guidance to sales team members on functionality of products and services.Must have valid driver's license, three consecutive years of active driving history, successfully complete driver's safety training, and otherwise comply with Sprint's Driver Safety Policy and guidelines.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and four years related work experience or eight years related work experience post high school
  • Five years engineering, sales engineering or sales experience

Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft MCSA and/or MCSE in Microsoft 365, will support pursuing certification.
