Job Summary

Facilitates resolution of the highest level of escalated or sensitive customer complaints regarding products or services received through numerous avenues. Complaint resolutions are conducted by either verbal or written contact with customer utilizing a high degree of discretion. Documents all contacts. May utilize other contact center or customer service resources to assist in complaint resolution.



The starting hourly rate of pay for this position is $16.54

Our current hours of operation are as follows: Monday - Sunday 6am-6pm Pacific Time

Bilingual preferredExperience navigating multiple computer screens and programs while interacting with customers.

Basic Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • One year experience operating a computer in a Windows based environment
  • One year experience in a customer facing environment

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • One year experience writing business correspondence
  • One year experience with Sprint's products and services
