Job Summary

Supports business customer's accounts by providing billing, maintenance, equipment ordering, and service ordering. Tasks include clerical duties like updating account information, plan changes, equipment ordering, equipment tracking, provisioning new services, and providing follow-up to customers and the senior level business account support. Works primarily with sales, account holders, and end-users; however it may also interact with field support.

Basic Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years experience operating a computer in a Windows based environment


Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Two years experience in a customer facing environment
  • Two years experience and/or technical education/training troubleshooting computer hardware, mobile phones, or other electronic devices
  • Two years working with/in billing, data applications, data services and network performance
  • One year experience working Sprint's products and services
