Job Summary

This role will be responsible for providing human resource leadership guidance and coordination to the employee population of the selected BU. Core responsibilities will include delivering human capital data and insights to the senior leadership of the BU that impacts the business, providing perspectives and input to policies and programs, providing consultative services to senior business team on organizational performance and all HR products and services, leads and supports organizational change by seeking and developing ways for the organization to be more effective, and ensuring employee engagement initiatives are in place.
  • Ability to function as an internal coach to management peers and others by helping them identify and resolve issues, encouraging excellent management practices, anticipating internal organization issues, proposing solutions, and understanding/representing the employee perspective.
  • Strong leadership skills with an ability to lead by example in terms of creating an exciting environment for employees and the company to ensure collective success
  • Ability to serve as a strategic business partner and advisor to senior executives
  • Demonstrated ability in leveraging key performance indicators to drive organizational success
  • Demonstrated capabilities in developing and leveraging HR metrics to guide HR effectiveness
  • Demonstrated project management and implementation skills
  • Demonstrated process improvement skills
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with demonstrated presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
  • Responsible for management of other HRBPs who support the client BU


Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree and ten years related work experience or fourteen years related work experience post high school
• Five years progressive experience in driving HR policy, programs, and culture
• 5 years experience with workforce analytics
• 5 years experience in strategic planning, project management, and/or operations

Preferred Qualifications
  • Telecom industry knowledge
  • Masters Degree or PHR or SPHR designation
  • Experience creating and/or transforming organizations
  • Experience working in an environment with lots of moving parts and unknowns being a successful self-starter and solution seeker who does not get frustrated by complex dynamics
