Job Summary

Conducts research and analysis to assess market trends and evaluate potential new business initiatives. Evaluates projects, potential partnerships, or new business ventures through financial feasibility studies, market research, and planning. Assists in the development and delivery of business proposals. Assists in managing strategic relationships. Identifies and helps to forge alliances. Coordinates internal departments or resources to pursue new business opportunities.
Manages door growth process for Chicagoland area including surrounding suburbs, will help other markets in the Region.
  • Communicates and creates plans externally with Real Estate Companies, Landlords and Brokers
  • Communicates and creates plans internally with the leadership team and Dealer partners
  • Is responsible for mapping all markets within Chicagoland area and help manage incremental organic growth
  • Is responsible in assisting optimization plans including dealer consolidation and replacement
  • Is responsible for meeting a weekly quota of door submissions to the National Committee in conjunction with ISM Team
  • Works with Project Manager and Ops Manager to improve and streamline process for door growth
  • Builds execution plans by dealer for meeting door growth targets
  • Coordinates scouting of new locations with ISM Team
  • Coordinates with Master Agent Partners and manages their funnel
  • Helps our dealer partners expedite the process of door approvals and openings
  • Must be able to meet Dealer Partners and ISM team within Illinois and Wisconsin on a weekly basis
Any other items that Director deems detrimental to growing and optimizing our distribution footprint to meet GA Budget over the next 24 months- Road to 500kMust have Real Estate Background.
Must be proactive and work with Real Estate Companies, Landlords and Brokers and create plans for expansion.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and two years related work experience or six years related work experience post high school
  • Two years business analysis experience

Preferred Qualifications
  • Must have Real Estate Background.
  • Must have experience with Real Estate Companies, Landlords and Brokers.
  • Two years working with business development
  • Two years experience in interpreting business trends and translating into innovative ideas
  • Two years experience developing executive level business plans, risk assessment and cost benefit analysis
