As a Sprint intern you'll have the opportunity to gain practical experience in our 10-12 week internship program in a challenging, fun and fast-paced work environment. This includes entry level professional duties and project work in various capacities. And you'll get to work with our awesome technology solutions, systems, and processes. In addition to your manager, you'll also have a mentor to provide guidance and coaching along the way. In between solving real business problems and getting hands on experience, the Sprint internship program hosts networking events, development opportunities and community involvement activities.

This intern role will support Prepaid Business Operations

• Manage & Oversight of Merchandising communications box which serves as the feedback and follow-up from the field back to HQ: Review and routes communications to the appropriate Retail Merch team member for attention & resolution. Tracks & reports on all activity.
• Manage & oversight of Branded Retail exterior sign program. Reviews all submissions and obtains appropriate approvals, tracks, reports, & maintains history.
- Merch Fulfillment Center Receiving Management: Verifies all SKUs are received as scheduled by the merch team.
• Manages GFX review cart; Approves or denies escalation orders.
• GFX Symphony SKU maintenance – adding images to site, EOL skus….
• Analysis of GFX Order Report
• Merch Starter Kits Oversight – review weekly orders, update master file, report tracking.

This position is not eligible for relocation.• Strong interest in business operations
• Able to present ideas verbally, in writing and structured presentation
• Personable and professional demeanor
• Studying in the fields of business, communications or marketing
Basic Qualifications
  • Enrolled in college or college graduate within the last twenty-four months

Preferred Qualifications
  • 3.0 GPA or above preferred
  • Business, communications or marketing studies
