Job Summary

Manages the sales incentive plan design and administration functions for the business unit. Manages analysis of competitive sales compensation data, the development of variable pay targets and compensation ranges, and the evaluation of compensation plan effectiveness. Manages administration of sales incentive payouts and develops and administers policies and procedures. Approves sales incentive offer exceptions and manages the resolution of any issues or escalations. Manages the coordination of sales promotions and the effective communication of sales incentive plans. Manages the activities of individual contributors or supervisors in a section or department with accountability for goals, objectives, operational policies. May participate in the development of functional strategy. Has responsibility for hiring, termination, performance and salary decisions.
Lead a team that is responsible for the design and implementation of sales compensation plans/programs for Sprint's Direct Retail Channels. Ensure competitiveness, equity and alignment with the company's business objectives and talent strategy. Translate strategic objectives into market competitive programs to optimize business results.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and eight years related work experience or twelve years related work experience post high school
  • Five years sales comp experience
  • Three years supervisory or management experience

Preferred Qualifications
  • Commission and incentive design experience with Direct Retail Channels.
