Job Summary

Responsible for ownership of end to end customer base retention initiatives and digital retention strategy. Governed by FY/Quarterly/Monthly targets. Responsible for leading business operations by working closely with base marketing throughout offer development and product phase, creative and personalization teams throughout offer implementation/execution on digital channels and CRM/Business Intelligence/Analytics teams to monitor offer, channel, segment performance. Will build and manage competitive market analysis to formulate actions and other improvement initiatives for customer retention. Acts as a liaison across all stakeholders and executes towards revenue goals. Performs project management duties across marketing, channel management, IT, engineering and creative design as it relates to digital initiatives.

Sprint’s Post Paid Customer Base Management Team is looking for a Digital Sales Retention Manager with the following major responsibilities


Responsibilities

- Business ownership of end to end customer base retention Initiatives
- Governed by FY/Quarter/Monthly targets, lead business operations working closely with
- Internal stakeholders, develop the digital retention strategy
- Base Marketing throughout treatment development phase towards customers with churn risk
- Competitive Intelligence, set the direction for competitive market analysis to formulate next best actions toward customer base
- Product, Creative and Personalization teams throughout offer implementation/execution on digital channels
- CRM/Business Intelligence/Analytics teams to monitor offer, channel, segment performance and develop and lead any resulting improvement initiatives
- Act as a liaison across all stakeholders and execute towards revenue goals
- Build and lead the digital retention team

Experience:
  • Consumer Digital Sales in wireless, cable operators preferred
  • E-commerce Management in an leading online retailer
  • Customer Value management - Growth and Retention on digital channels including paid search and display /social
  • CRM, Segmentation, Campaign Management on Digital Channels
  • Project/Program Management of Marketing and Sales operations on Digital Channels
  • Leadership in a cross functional environment involving Marketing, Channel Management, IT, Engineering, Creative Design

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree and four years related work experience or eight years related work experience post high school
• Three years project management or related process management experience
Preferred Qualifications
