Job Summary

Responsible for assessment and analysis of behavior patterns using site metric tools to optimize results and user experience. Analysis of market competitive intelligence and technology landscape to identify and implement programs to improve business results and customer growth. Leads business requirements interfacing with Product Management and Development Teams. Project management from initiation to delivery partnering cross functionally and leading coordination throughout implementation and operationalization.
*This position is open to relocation.

Sprint’s Post Paid Customer Base Management Team is looking for a Digital Sales Business Performance Manager with the following major responsibilities

Responsibilities Include:
  • Assessment
    • Web/App behavior patterns using site metric tools to analyze and optimize business results and user experience
    • Market/Competitive intelligence to business issues
    • Technology landscape to fix and optimize business issues
  • Planning
    • Digital channel improvement recommendations to optimize business growth within customer base
    • Lead business requirements interfacing with Product Management and Development Teams
    • Impact analysis and prioritization to drive short, mid and long term growth
  • Execution
    • Project management of prioritized initiatives Product Management and Development Teams
    • Monitors project from initiation to delivery
    • Interacts with Base Marketing, Product Management and Development Teams
    • Leads coordination across all functions throughout implementation and operationalization

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree and four years related work experience or eight years related work experience post high school
• Three years project management or related process management experience

Preferred Qualifications
• Consumer Digital Sales in wireless, cable operators preferred
• E-commerce Management in an leading online retailer
• Customer Value management - Growth and Retention on digital channels including paid search and display /social
• CRM, Segmentation, Campaign Management on Digital Channels
• Digital Channel Technology vendor management
• Project/Program Management of Marketing and Sales operations on Digital Channels
• Leadership in a cross functional environment involving Marketing, Channel Management, IT, Engineering, Creative Design
