The Business Sales Intern role is designed as a development program for future sales professionals to gain experience and receive coaching and feedback. You'll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of the sales team. You'll also have the opportunity to gain practical experience in our 10-12 week internship program in a challenging, fun, and fast-paced work environment and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of Sales. You'll also get to work with our awesome technology solutions, systems, and processes. In between solving real business problems and getting hands on experience, the Sprint internship program hosts networking events, development opportunities and community involvement activities.

This intern role will work with our Enterprise sales team who is responsible for relationship management working within assigned list of Sprint's largest National clients and prospects and other projects as assigned.

This position is not eligible for relocation.
  • Strategically identifying and prospecting to general business accounts
  • Analyzing customer needs, identifying and customizing wireless/voice/data products and services to win accounts
  • Preparing, delivering, and following-up on product proposals and quotes
  • Tracking customer sales information, forecasts & reports
Must have valid driver's license; three consecutive years of active driving history, successfully complete driver's safety training, and otherwise comply with Sprint's Driver Safety Policy and guidelines.

Business acumen, sales skills, communication skills
Basic Qualifications
  • Enrolled in college or college graduate within the last twenty-four months

Preferred Qualifications
  • Sales focused certificate/program
  • 3.0 GPA or above preferred
