Job Summary

Oversees a group of geographically based individual contributors responsible for developing strategic and tactical sales plans for local and regional indirect agents, and select Local 3rd Party/Company Owned Retail stores chartered with selling Sprint's communication portfolio - Wireless solutions. (Wireless phones, data cards, service plans, mobile applications, MPLS, IP, Managed Services, Collaboration Solutions and Wireless integrated solutions.) Oversees Agent/dealer relationships and Direct Retail/Consumer Channel relationships to establish growth targets (New Revenue & New Account Targets) and the coordination of market based resources in support of strategic & tactical plans/opportunities. Develops and maintains specific objectives & goals for identifying, training and establishing routine/regular planning sessions for each market that rolls up into the designated Region. Lead reviews and updates on strategy modifications, new programs/products, market indicators, plus monthly & quarterly acquisition results. Establishes yearly acquisition/revenue targets relative for each Agent for products and programs supported. Identifies and assigns monthly quotas to direct reports.
Must have valid driver's license, three consecutive years of active driving history, successfully complete driver's safety training, and otherwise comply with Sprint's Driver Safety Policy and guidelines.
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree and eight years related work experience or twelve years related work experience post high school
• Two years experience selling in a business-to-business environment
• Two years of new customer acquisition experience
