Job Summary

Manages the development and delivery of new and existing HR projects. Plans and directs schedules and may monitor budget/spending. Monitors the project from initiation through delivery. Organizes the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project on schedule and within budget constraints. Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Interacts with senior internal and external decision makers.
Working knowledge of Consumer Sales and Service methodology

Ability to operationalize Area or Region wide training programs from launch to impact analysis

Anticipate and seek out opportunities with continuous attention to cost avoidance.

Ability to compile and report team results to ensure ongoing improvements to our business

Develop multiple training plans based on staffing forecast models and requirements, performance improvement plans, and new or expanding program to ensure flexibility in our approach

Ability to travel nationwide at least 50% or more

Ability to work weekends and nights based on market need

A functional understanding of the development process for learning

Outstanding understanding of excel, PowerPoint and database warehousing applications
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and two years related work experience or six years related work experience post high school
  • Two years human resources work experience
  • Two years project management experience

Preferred Qualifications
  • CAPM or similar Project Management certification
