Job Description :
Job Summary

Performs analysis of business processes and data that pertain to business issues. Provides reporting solutions and data metric analysis that may identify business trends and results. Utilizes data analysis to explain business issues and financial implications, recommend workflow improvements, or enable business unit to improve workflow processes. Works with various business units to accomplish objectives. Performs research and influences the strategy for the most complex reporting and analyses of information in reports. Serves as a project leader or project manager and has significant interaction outside of the work group.
Knowledge of Device Service and Repair procedures and policies is a significant plus from Retail or Care experience. Knowledge of procedures when working with Asurion or Apple is a major plus.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and four years related work experience or eight years related work experience post high school
  • Three years reporting experience
  • Three years data analysis experience
  • Two years experience leading processes and teams

Preferred Qualifications
Ability to understand new/existing processes and help design documentation or flows
Moderate understanding of SQL for direct queries across MSSQL Servers, Oracle, Teradata Systems
Moderate understanding of Excel to include Pivots, Formulas, Lookups for direct reporting needs
Ability to design visual reports via multiple tools like Microstrategy, Crystal Reports
Ability to research requests / tasks to identify possible gaps or corrections in processes
