Job Summary

Assists with technical projects in all aspects including project planning, execution, timing, functionality, quality, and cost. Utilizes knowledge of project management to direct team members. Assists with ensuring project goals and requirements are met. Communicates with end-users to provide timely and accurate information and status updates.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or four years related work experience post high school
  • One year experience managing technical projects
  • One year project management software experience

Preferred Qualifications

One year experience with analytics
ITIL or like certification
General knowledge of Incident, Problem & Change Management
