Job Summary

Plans and implements marketing programs or projects that support organizational marketing objectives. Works individually or with a team to analyze economic considerations, develops marketing forecasts, estimates costs, prepares pricing studies and/or manages program/project budgets. Leads top account planning and strategy on behalf of the marketing team. Facilitates change management, knowledge of technical products, organization skills and understating analyses are key functions of this position. Works cross-functionally within the organization to understand business processes, quickly identify inefficiencies, and then clearly articulate how a defined solution solves business/marketing requirements.
This candidate will be responsible for Midmarket/Enterprise marketing strategy and upper funnel tactics, budget, and measurement. The candidate must have excellent communication skills, self-motivation, enthusiasm and a fine eye for detail. The individual hired for this role will report to Director, Business Marketing.

Responsibilities to include:
  • Development and creation of Value Prop, messaging architectures, and buyer personas for solutions and offers messaged to Small Business
  • Development of all buyer resources and content marketing across mediums (video, blog, collateral, ebooks, Infographics, etc)
  • Responsible for development of segment Social media messaging and calendar (organic and paid)
  • Develop and manage SEM, Digital advertising campaigns, and other programs targeting Small Business buyers; own media metrics and engagement performance to drive anonymous buyers to site for conversion
  • Collaborate with Web manager for site messaging to increase engagement and conversion to lead (non-email landing pages)

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and eight years related work experience or twelve years related work experience post high school
  • Five years of experience managing marketing projects and programs

Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years experience developing and implementing marketing strategy and plans for business.
  • Three years experience in program/project management.
  • Proven ability to implement marketing plans that deliver results.
  • Knowledge of small business customer segment, sales channels and business solutions.
  • Strong experience in preparing material for senior executive level presentations.
  • Strong inter-personal and relationship development skills, including ability to effectively lead in a matrix-management environment.
  • Excellent client management leadership skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness/aptitude to learn and apply new skills.
  • Experience in B2B Advertising, Demand Gen, and Social media.
  • Experience delivering and measuring media campaigns, including SEM.
  • Experience with Sprint G2M system and processes.
