Job Summary

Administers compliance activities per corporate policies and procedures, including systems for addressing alleged violations of the compliance program. Drives strategic and tactical initiatives aimed at increased levels of compliance for specific compliance initiatives. Facilitates internal and third party compliance audits. Builds new reporting to detect non-compliance to established M&P's. Completes in-depth analysis of compliance results. Establishes and improves processes. Troubleshoots moderately complex to complex problems and recommends a course of action. May work on various tasks required for project completion. May identify issues and recommend solutions on team projects.
  • Implement a Field Execution Support program for the Boost dealer channel focusing on best practices and areas of opportunities
  • Utilize newly implemented store visitation process
  • Works with the Field Sales organization to drive behavior. i.e. improving metrics within stores, closing stores that are not performing and growing with top dealers
  • Work with sales operations group to understand drivers of behavior in stores and how to improve
  • Identify fraudulent trends / behaviors in stores
  • Work cross functionally throughout the organization and beyond on: processes, reporting, training, maximizing door level profitability

Will consider remote candidates - these positions can be located anywhere within our East region.
Up to 80% travel is required.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and four years related work experience or eight years related work experience post high school
  • Three years of experience in fraud, investigations, telecommunications customer service or payments/collections, audit or compliance

  • Prior store coaching/training
