Job Description :
Job Summary

Supports the sales function through policy setting and administrative coordination. Develops, implements, communicates, and administers sales incentive programs, plans, policies, and quotas. Maintains or audits information needed to track revenue. Prepares the distribution of accounts to the Sales Representatives and updates the automated tracking system. Analyzes sales performance results, and prepares reports, presentations and recommendations for sales and/or finance management. Performs budgeting, planning, and analysis activities for sales operations. Maintains and enhances sales force automation systems, product/service costing models, and margin management tools/systems to effectively monitor and manage revenue/expenses.
This role will partner with the National Account teams to build field communications and execution plans. This role will work closely with the field sales team to drive engagement and program success.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and four years related work experience or eight years related work experience post high school
  • Three years program/project management
