Job Summary

Conducts a wide range of quality-control tests and analyses with full competency to ensure that software meets or exceeds specified standards and end-user requirements. Executes complex tests according to plans and scripts, documents problems in an issue log, and retests software corrections to ensure problems are resolved. Creates test data files with valid and invalid records to thoroughly test program logic and verify system flow. Drafts and revises complex test plans and scripts. Identifies, recommends and implements changes to enhance the effectiveness of quality assurance strategies. Coordinate activities of the test team and assist in monitoring project schedules and costs.
This position can be filled in either Overland Park, KS or Dallas, TX
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and two years related work experience or six years related work experience post high school
  • Two years software testing experience
  • Two years experience writing test scripts and test plans

Preferred Qualifications
  • One year managing test plans
  • Scrum or Agile previous test experience
  • SQL experience
  • Care Channel Application experience
  • Pega platform experience
