Specifically, we need a whip-cracking project manager who can wrangle projects from conception to completion with our internal brand team and external agencies. You’ll need to be a relentless, detailed-oriented and driven task master who can keep the brand team and agencies creating, writing, designing and producing.

Can you develop and implement the process for initiating projects from internal departments and cross-functional teams? How about solve diverse problems with data analysis and develop production schedules to ensure timely completion? And can you also proactively communicate with other team members and agency representatives about the status of specific projects. The Brand Project Manager will review all project requests in Workzone, our traffic management software and oversee specific tasks with our agencies such as pixel delivery/implementation and creative-asset delivery. While you won’t write and design these marketing projects, you’ll need to demonstrate a deep knowledge for the creative workflow process. Ultimately, you will manage a large book of creative projects that will need team members assigned and schedules maintained. You’ll also work with marketing and agency leaders to prioritize projects and resources, assess workloads and manage the master project calendar for all internal and external creative activities with the brand team and agencies.
• Establish the process and create criteria for initiating work and communicating it to the marketing team
• Prioritize project requests and work with marketing team leaders to assign team members and manage workloads
• Create solid project plans and develop status reports for team leaders that ensure the success of all projects
• Manage, monitor and maintain overall agency project scope and communicate status to team leaders
• Coordinate project deliverables and guide or advise team leaders on potential risks
• Incorporate testing and proofreading into all creative project workflows
• Work closely with the marketing and agency teams to ensure timely project deliverables
• Assist creative and brand directors with special projects as needed
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree and two years related work experience or six years related work experience post high school
• Two years project management or related process management experience
Preferred Qualifications
• Expert project manager, ideally with Project Management Institute (PMI) certification, it’s not mandatory
• Understands production workflow of a creative agency including digital, social, video, print, etc.
• Demonstrate a solution-driven, creative and flexible personality and work style
• Proficient at Microsoft Excel and Project
• Ability to develop and manage cross-functional relationships in order to effectively manage conflicts and deliver results
• Experience with Adobe Marketing Cloud, Workzone, Target Process, Workamajig (or similar traffic/project management program)
• Advertising agency internal traffic or account management experience is beneficial
• Experience working with third-party tools such as DoubleClick, Sprinklr, Omniture, DivvyHQ, etc.
