Job Summary

Primary program support role for ensuring optimization and deployment of Boost dealer retail locations within the United States. Provide cross team support for the creation, management and tracking of Boost retailer distribution plans. Works with Boost Sales and Operations team, Prepaid Areas/Regions directors and managers, Boost leadership and dealer partners to determine, design and deliver on Boost retail location and distribution strategy. Assists in reviewing, analyzing and making recommendations on opening, expanding, remodeling, relocating or closing store locations. Support Boost’s needs for tracking aggregate footprint modeling and analysis of distribution scenarios. Works with other members of the field operations team to develop Boost door distribution guidelines.

• Provides support and monitors the entire store startup and closeout process keeping Sales Ops team informed on status and challenges
• Responsible for logging and monitoring lease agreements, signage compliance, and issuance of dealer welcome packages
• Responsible for developing criteria and documenting processes for location reviews
• Monitors and tracks dealer problems and facilitates resolution through Boost support providers
• Primary operator for sales monitoring and mapping software

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree and four years related work experience or eight years related work experience post high school
• Three years sales, sales support or sales operations experience
• Three years experience creating sales reviews, sales analytics or monitoring sales performance for retail
Preferred Qualifications
• MS Office Specialist Expert certification in Excel
• Three years experience managing dealer or vendor relations
• Three years experience managing contract fulfillment
• Knowledge of real estate practices and local commercial ordinance compliance
• Knowledge of GIS, mapping or sales monitoring software
• Background with Indirect Distribution and Master Agent distribution.
• Ability to work in fast pace environment
