Job Summary

Analyzes, diagnoses, and resolves problems across a portfolio of applications comprising an application system. Monitors, manages, reports on and maintain one or more applications to ensure application availability meets established SLAs of application users. Works on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues and in making recommendations. Receives little instruction on daily work, general instructions on newly introduced assignments. Provides technical expertise and value to implement, integrate and configure processes, applications, and scripts into an application system. Engages and contributes to analysis, design, test, and implementation of application functionality. Interacts with other groups and communicate with end-users and other stakeholders to provide timely and accurate information and status. Provides immediate supervision, monitors workflow, assigns tasks, goals and objectives. Participates in hiring, termination, performance and salary reviews.
The Retail Production Support Team is looking for a strong resource with drive and strong leadership skills desiring to join one of the most dynamic teams supporting our Sprint Sales Channels. This resource will be heavily involved with both the RMS Suite of applications as well as our new Mobile Sales application GST. This role will have major visibility to both IT and Business Leadership and is one of the most visible and critical areas supporting our front line Sales Teams. The resource needs to have industry knowledge of sales systems preferably mobility systems, POS, peripherals, and store infrastructure. The resource needs to be highly self-motivated, have strong customer focus, demonstrated problem solving skills, and able to handle multiple conflicting priorities. Resource must have a strong skillset that enables them to drive issue & triage bridges.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and four years related work experience or eight years related work experience post high-school
  • Three years of systems related or technical support experience
  • Two years supervisory or leadership experience

Preferred Qualifications
  • Progressive Quantitative and Statistical Analysis experience
  • Strong Problem Management Experience
  • Ability to work across multiple Business, Development and Production Support, Vendors and Teams to build consensus
  • Proven experience driving issues to resolution
