Job Summary

Provides technical solutions to meet business needs. Identifies and evaluates potential data sources needed to meet customer requirements. Supports internal customers by providing program reporting, ad-hoc analysis, marketing campaign execution, and other technical support as business needs dictate.
Design and development for Marketing Offer Fulfillment system. System processes Customer Base, Acquisition, and Affinity Partnerships customer enrollment and awards. Consults with internal customers to identify and define business/system requirements and incorporates those requirements into the Fulfillment Application system. Develops technical solutions and provides quality control cross checks for additions and updates to the Fulfillment system.
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree and two years related work experience or six years related work experience post high school
• Experience with SQL & UNIX
• U.S. Citizenship (required)
Preferred Qualifications
• Relational Database Design and Development skills
• Good understanding of Data Warehousing techniques
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Attention to detail for quality assurance
• Must have an aptitude for learning in a quick paced environment and work well under pressure
