Job Summary

Provides technical expertise and value to the integration of systems. Leads the interpretations of designs, applications, and service information. Typically interacts with sales team, manufacturing, and marketing personnel. Functions as technical expert in presentations, demonstrations, and customer training. Leads all phases of customer interaction including customer analysis and design implementation. Represents customers' interests at technical meetings within the company.
This position is primary to the Testing Environment Operations at Sprint. Knowledge of testing environment, application layers and monitoring tools is critical to this function. This individual will drive proactive monitoring, understand the environment architecture and assist in problem resolution when required.


Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and four years related work experience or eight years related work experience post high school
  • Three years experience in systems designs & system integration
  • Three years experience technical project management

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in system designs and system integration
Environment architecture

Ideal candidate will have

Knowledge and experience using system monitoring tools Sitescope, Zabbix
Environment management experience
Experience in HP service manager ticketing system
Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and executive levels
Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team
