Job Summary

Develops and implements product marketing plans for a few complex products/services to achieve business objectives, ultimately resulting in the attainment of sales goals. Responsible for managing the development of product requirements, go-to-market plans, product launch activities, and lifecycle management of the assigned products. Evaluates competitive offerings, and develops action plans to ensure a healthy product/portfolio. Works cross-functionally throughout the lifecycle to ensure the marketing plan initiatives are executed effectively.
This position can be located in most any major US market.

Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing Go To Market (GTM) plans for Mobility Enablement solutions. The Mobility Enablement Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for acquisition, growth, and retention initiatives to meet revenue and margin goals for all Mobility Enablement solutions including Mobility-as-a-Service, Multi-Line, Asset Management, Workforce Management, Workgroup Collaboration, and BYOD solutions. The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for the following for the Mobility Enablement solutions:

  • Cross-functional lead to develop and execute marketing programs to drive revenue growth
  • Develop lead generation program and tracking of program results
  • Development of Sprint distinctive competence, value proposition and competitive advantage within product line
  • Understand competitive landscape and create competitive analysis and Sprint product positioning
  • Identification of market problems and opportunity sizing to support new product development business case development and product roadmap development
  • Development of marketing collateral including customer facing presentations, Quick Reference Briefs, web content, introductory emails and product solution briefs.
  • Lead development and implementation of internal communication for Mobility Enablement solutions
  • Develop content and execution for product specific social media efforts
  • Responsible for Sales training development and delivery for Mobility Enablement product solutions.
  • Four plus years product marketing, marketing, or product management experience
  • Strong written, presentation, and communication skills
  • Proven performance in setting strategic direction and ability to manage multiple competing priorities

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and four years related work experience or eight years related work experience post high school
  • Three years project management and implementation experience
  • Three years experience working in more than one area related to product marketing

Preferred Qualifications
  • Four plus years developing Go To Market Product Plans driving revenue growth
  • Strong technical understanding of Mobility Management solutions
  • Strong leader with proven experience in leading cross-functional teams
  • Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities and initiatives
  • MBA degree a plus
