Leads the development of cost-effective information technology solutions by creating new, and modifying existing, software applications. Analyzes complex systems requirements, existing business processes, and information systems. Codes, tests, and debugs documents, and implements software applications. Undertakes complex projects requiring additional specialized technical knowledge. Coordinates with users to determine requirements that are more complex.
Responsibilities include: Provides subject matter expertise as well as high-level professional and analytical expertise to the Network Development and Engineering organization. This position will require in depth understanding of database management including creating, indexing, structure designing, querying. Experience with key performance indicators of wireless networks is highly desirable. Good understanding of statistical data processing, data mining, and forecasting techniques is a plus. This position will require managing complex projects working in a team environment and other related organization within the company.Ability to prepare, blend, analyze and run predictive, spatial and statistical analytics using Alteryx, should be able to combine data from multiple sources like excel or other databases. Java scripting would be a plus.
- Bachelor's degree and eight years related work experience or twelve years related work experience post high school
- Three years systems development experience
- Three years coding experience
- Three years software application experience
