Job Summary

Provides management of the submission, processing and compliance of legal demands for all business units received from local and state law enforcement agencies and courts. Applies standard practices and policies. Performs a variety of skilled routine and non-routine duties. Acquires skills through a combination of formal training and on-the-job experience. The successful candidate will support compliance activity governed by the National Security Agreement which limits access privileges to U.S. citizens (without dual citizenship).
This skilled non-exempt role supports Corporate Security Legal Compliance and specializes in analyzing information from many sources, applying standard practices/policies and providing detailed reports of findings. Its primary role is as analyst of legal documents served upon Sprint. The incumbent utilizes specialized knowledge and skills to perform unique and/or complex administrative, technical or support tasks. It is expected that s/he will acquire skills through a combination of formal training and on-the-job experience (a specific academic degree is not required). Duties will include compiling responses to requests for records, communicating with law enforcement and/or attorneys and participating in special projects as needed. Additionally, s/he will coordinate the recovery of costs from federal and state law enforcement agencies, courts and private attorneys.
  1. Job requires specialized advanced vocational skills acquired and typically gained through a combination of education and relevant work experience totaling 3 years post-high school or equivalent.
  2. Strong organizational skills with demonstrated attention to detail.
  3. Goal oriented with a desire to be measured by and exceed specific production targets.
  4. Ability to work independently and as a team member.
  5. Must be able to multi-task while handling conflicting priorities/deadlines, be able to make decisions quickly and work with little supervision.
  6. Excellent oral and written communications skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.
The position requires one to have the flexibility and willingness to work shift work with occasional mandatory overtime.
Basic Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • U.S. Citizenship (without dual citizenship)

Preferred Qualifications
  1. Minimum of one years' experience in using the following systems: STS, Ensemble, NDW, Olive, CDR Archive, and MicroStrategies.
  2. Minimum of one years' experience dealing with Law Enforcement Agencies and attorneys.
  3. Minimum of one years' experience with the criminal and civil court process..
