Job Summary

Leads cross-functional teams from design to delivery of fully developed products that are ready for customer use. Develops strategy and roadmap for future products. Designs, develops and manages activities from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life. Evaluates technical options and represents business requirements to the technology organization through requirement documents and detailed specifications. Provides timely and accurate information and status updates to functional leaders. Acts as primary point of contact to lead development and quality assurance resources to successfully release new products on time and within budget.
  • The Roadmap Product Manager is responsible for overseeing the ongoing development of Sprint's Business Solutions Product Roadmap.
  • Assists with providing high-level direction and strategy across all business product areas.
  • Produces and publishes the Sprint Business Roadmap quarterly.
  • Solicits and gathers feedback from customers, sales teams, and industry analysts that will assist in the evaluation of current business solutions and developing requirements for new products.
  • Follows and researches wireless and wireline industry trends to ensure the relevant products and services are being evaluated.
  • Works closely with the Product team and holds monthly meetings with key stakeholders and product managers to review existing projects and evaluate new initiatives.
  • Will attend approved industry conferences and tradeshows to stay abreast of the latest industry trends and evaluate products and solutions.
  • Assists with identifying and evaluating appropriate partners/vendors with products and solutions that align with the strategies identified in the business solutions roadmap.
  • Position can be filled from any major US market

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and four years related work experience or eight years related work experience post high school
  • Three years project management and implementation experience

Preferred Qualifications
  • Three years product management experience
  • Three years with telecom products and services
