Job Summary

Provides clerical/administrative support to the training and development function. Schedules, coordinates and maintains master schedule of training programs, courses, and the use of equipment, space and facilities. Resolves routine scheduling conflicts. Distributes course catalogs, processes registration, and answers routine inquiries regarding courses and schedules. Arranges for outside services, such as audio visual assistance, meals and refreshments, housekeeping, maintenance or repairs. Assembles and distributes course materials and teaching aides, as required for each type of program.
Can be filled anywhere in the US however there will be one in the East Area and Another in the West Area. Will need to work out of a local field office, preferred location Phoenix, AZ.

  • Ensure top quality reporting outputs and monitor data exchanges tied to the training programs
  • Aligns plans with peer to create a national plan
  • Partners with National Operations team to create holistic team plan
  • Lead technical design of Area- wide integrated analytics reporting infrastructure
  • Stay aligned with company KPIs and budget alignment by maximizing team outputs and scheduling to decrease overall cost while not jeopardizing the required timeline or output.
  • Manage multiple project simultaneously including assignment and task in order to meet aggressive timelines

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or four years related work experience post high school
  • One year scheduling experience
