Job Description :
Job Summary

Works closely with retail store managers and district managers and partners to ensure new and existing store facilities meet operational requirements and are ready to serve our customers. Ensures facilities and merchandising comply with corporate standards and train new managers on those standards. Ensures facility needs, store-level systems & IT issues are routed to the appropriate internal or external contacts. Researches and shares best practices with region and area contacts. May develop new processes to achieve in-store activities that promote sales or are required for operations. Serves as the area contact for inclement weather procedures and manages response for affected areas.
  • Must be able to travel to stores as needed to monitor new store progress
Must have valid driver's license, three consecutive years of active driving history, successfully complete driver's safety training, and otherwise comply with Sprint's Driver Safety Policy and guidelines.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and two years related work experience or six years related work experience post high school
  • Two years project management or related process management experience

Preferred Qualifications
  • CAPM or similar Project Management certification
