Job Description :
Job Summary

Provides administrative support in the credit application process and acquisition of new customers. Receives inbound calls from customers and Sales to perform authentication for identity verification as a fraud prevention measure. Reviews consumer credit files and regulatory alerts. Places outbound calls when necessary to verify identity. Reviews existing customer accounts to evaluate credit upgrade eligibility. Must be able to make independent decisions on credit approvals. Provides support with escalation research and resolution. Maintains databases by entering, updating, and retrieving data, as well as formatting and generating reports. Maintains records on credit risks, delinquent accounts, and incomplete files. Responds to inquiries from customers or internal resources. May place calls or send messages to customers regarding credit inquiries or unresolved issues to determine best resolution. Exercises independent judgment in credit class upgrades, fraud verification or credit inquiries. Main point-of-contact for initiatives related to fraud prevention. Handles high-visibility and complex escalations. Works on ad hoc projects. Maintains off-queue service levels.
Our current hours of operation are as follows: Monday - Friday 6a-9p MST, Saturday 7a-9p MST, Sunday 8a-7p MST.

This position can work in Englewood, CO or Las Vegas, NVExperience navigating multiple computer screens and programs while interacting with customers.

Basic Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year related work experience or customer service environment interacting with customers
  • One year experience operating a computer in a Windows based environment
