Job Summary

Responsible for the overall look and feel of the organizations online offering. Tracks and analyzes user trends and implements new design features to attract customers. Works directly with marketing, advertising and content professionals to ensure that e-commerce websites are consistent with organization objectives. Participates in the development of strategy. Has responsibility for hiring, termination, performance, salary decisions, and directly manage individual contributors and supervisors in the department.

Sprint's digital creative team is responsible for helping more than a million people a day understand Sprint's products, self-service tools, and promotions. We design all customer-facing digital communications, including the website, app and emails. We're looking for a seasoned creative manager to lead our talented writing team, help establish and maintain consistency and digital-first content standards, and immerse the team in our state-of-the-art content management team. This is a working manager role, so you should have a strong mix of people management experience and first-hand engagement as a digital content creator. The team’s work covers the gamut, including promotions, loyalty campaigns, landing pages, self-service advocacy, our network and competitive advantage, new products and services, phones and plans. In addition to having proven experience in leading successful digital creative teams, you'll need to be well-versed in writing for mobile and able to coach others to - and demonstrate the ability yourself to - crank out clear, concise copy under tight deadlines, with demonstrated abilities to: Gather and synthesize information from other channels and resources (such as printed marketing materials); adhere to AP Style and the company’s brand and style guidelines; meet multiple, competing deadlines; write clearly, concisely and compellingly with a creative flare.


Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and eight years related work experience or twelve years related work experience post high school
  • Five years experience in web technologies
  • Three years supervisory or management experience



Preferred Qualifications
  • Five years experience in web design or web development
  • 3 years managing creative teams
  • Expertise in Adobe Experience Manager
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite
