Job Summary

Provides business opportunity analysis, assesses potential markets, and develops projects for use in new business initiatives. Analyzes marketplace to identify potential partners to advance innovative solutions. Performs business analysis, company due diligence, and business case analysis on potential partners. Develops high profile briefings and presentations for executive management.
This position will be the Sales and Business Development Manager III for the Sprint Magic Box division at Sprint.
This best candidate for this position has a hunter mindset with outside sales experience, phone selling skills and is at ease presenting to customers.

The position responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Monitoring SFDC dashboard and entering opportunities and working with the assigned sales rep to enter opportunities as needed
  • Partnering with teammates on Sales and Business development work activities in an effort to make meaningful outbound calls and schedule appointments
  • Researching businesses in target industry verticals and cities prospecting to find contacts in specific cities, zip codes and neighborhoods
  • Contacting prospects to introduce strategic programs and arrange meetings for in person follow-up
  • Identifying assigned account reps and sales history for target locations
  • Being a goodwill ambassador and going door to door in target areas with the intent of placing a Magic Box
  • Sharing best practices with other BizDev resources in sales regions
  • Following-up by phone and email with contacts that may have a Magic Box that is offline
  • Transitioning Enterprise accounts, with multiple locations, that are ready for deployment to the program/project manager to oversee implementations
  • Ability to lift 15lbs, pass driving background check and travel 25-40%








Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and four years related work experience or eight years related work experience post high school
  • Three years business analysis experience

Preferred Qualifications
  • Three years working with business development
  • Three years experience in interpreting business trends and translating into innovative ideas
  • Three years experience developing executive level business plans, risk assessment and cost benefit analysis
  • Two year experience with data mining and statistical analysis
