Job Summary

Monitors new and existing network services to ensure end to end service performance across multiple networks or technologies. Identifies solutions as appropriate and opens service performance management tickets with multiple peer network groups as required to drive service performance improvements. Utilizes trended performance analytics processes and tools to identify performance anomalies and degradation. Works across multiple peer organizations to manage real time and long term troubleshooting support for ongoing performance issues. Provides engineering services and assists in project management functions required to utilize new service or technology performance management capabilities across multiple technology or service disciplines. Provides service performance assurance support for new and existing products and services. Develops and communicates trended performance analytic reports for distribution to executives and peer groups. Identifies, defines, documents and implements improvements for day to day processes and procedures. Provides technical leadership within team.
Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication, Engineering, or related field plus 6 years of related experience. Related experience should include: LTE/LTE-A; CDMA; EVDO; UMTS; LTE system Manager; XCAL; XCAP; QXDM; QCAT; Windcatcher; Tableau; and protocols including: SIP, SS7, RTP, TCP/IP, UDP. Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and two years of related experience or six years related work experience post high school
  • Three years wireless network performance management and data analytics work experience



Preferred Qualifications
  • End to end system understanding of LTE networks & IMS Core
  • Experience communicating effectively across peer organizations
  • Solid foundation in applications, modeling, statistics, analytics and math
