Job Summary

Performs analysis of business processes and data that pertain to business issues. Provides reporting solutions and data metric analysis that may identify business trends and results. Utilizes data analysis to explain business issues and financial implications, recommend workflow improvements, or enable business unit to improve workflow processes. Works with various departments to accomplish objectives. Generates some complicated/non-routine reports. Performs basic analyses of information in reports. Researches and recommends plan/program modifications based on analyses. Typically responsible for small projects but may assist in larger projects. Acquires and demonstrates strong working knowledge of reporting procedures.
  • MS PowerPoint & Excel POWERUSER (must be able to demonstrate the advance skills for both of these programs)
  • Strong Critical Thinking, Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize a wide range of inputs, including customer feedback, data, use cases, market research, and personal experience to identify new opportunities
  • Ability to “raise the bar” and bring new perspective
  • Polished, professional attitude and the ability to build relationships and understanding within all areas of business
  • Thrive in a fast pace, rapid change environment where matrix reporting and reliance on others is the norm
  • U.S. Citizenship is required

No relocation funds are offered for this position.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or four years related work experience post high school
  • One year reporting experience
  • One year data analysis experience


Preferred Qualifications
  • Capable of working with SQL, SAS, or business intelligence tools
  • Familiarity with Teradata
  • One year of experience working closely or supporting company executives
