Under limited direction, determines and develops approach to solutions. Responsible for development and/or delivery of training and educational programs related to skills training, communication, team building, and management development using a variety of instructional methods. Assignments may include needs analysis, custom course development, editing and evaluation and learning assessment. Broad application of principles, theories, and concepts in applicable discipline, plus working knowledge of other related fields. Provides resolutions to a diverse range of complex problems. Uses judgment within defined policies and practices. Assesses curriculum improvement opportunities, reviews and edits training collateral and makes recommendations.

Knowledge of HPT gap analysis to identify and create a recommendation for performance gaps to work with
Understand the correlation between learning and driving performance for all employees but specifically for all new hires trained regarding behaviors and sales performance (form/checklist submitted for each post class new hire)
Understand Store Performance to operational level to provide input through observation and well-constructed feedback
Basic understanding of excel
Good understanding of PowerPoint
Strong understanding of Consumer Sales and Retail selling environment

- A proven track record of ability to mentor or coach employees to higher performance
- Bachelor's degree and two years related work experience or six years related work experience post high school
- Two years experience developing and/or delivering training in a business environment
